We appreciated rooms with a busted out window. The personnel was superfriendly and pleasant as expected. The location was marvellous, very close to stores and the interstate into Norfolk, the attractions, and Williamsburg, in a quiet area.

Magnificent and marvellous location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Plus it was 15 mins drive from Jones Run Pond.

The room was really hot.

Truly enjoyed the extremely spacious a double room with a busted out window and the way it was setup. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The location in a pretty quiet area was magnificent and great. Everything exceeded high expectations, I will be returning here soon.

Comfortable bed in the deluxe quadruple room, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Nice and pleasant stuff members, magnificent location not far from stores and Williamsburg and Norfolk.

Marvellous location of the hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. Further, it was just off stores and the interstate into Norfolk as well as area attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious with a busted out window, you feel like home.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the convenient location near our family and the spacious room with a nice-sized table and fridge.

All the staff was friendly and super-friendly, tackled my issues. The location was excellent, close to food spots, it's a plus. Easily reached Chanello's Pizza, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

We had a great value for our money at this motel. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a decent-sized TV. The staff treated us with kindness and accommodated all our needs.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at a motel in Newport News and had a positive experience. The location was convenient as it was close to food spots and area attractions. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The bathroom was well-maintained and sanitary. The motel also had great facilities, including a kitchenette and a table with chairs. it was a great value for the price.

One negative aspect was the sketchy neighborhood surrounding the motel.
